Will biting my cheeks emulate how I would look like when lean?

I’m currently about 20% body fat and I sometimes bite my cheeks and look like a fricking slayer, my question is, if I were lean like about 11-12% body fat will I look like if I were biting my cheeks at 20% or not? I have prominent cheekbones and they show a little but of course at my body fat it’s not enough

No. When you are truly lean hollow cheeks don't look like you're biting them. Plus you can't simulate your bones popping out like when you are lean.

for jaw it will show 80% of it will look like but for midface 0% i had bines i didnt even know i had before lean maxing
