so i asked my mom about it and she said it would make me look like a school shooter (jfl) but she's already biased becuase i've heard so many times about how "back in the day everyone wanted blonde hair, now nobody does."

so i'm dying my eyelashes/eyebrows black alongside my current latisse/castor oil/peppermint oil maxxing, but should i go for a brown or dark brown color for my head hair?

she said it would look weird because i'm very pale and have blue eyes, but if anything would that not be a contrast hailo?

Yes, go to a barber and also talk to him about this and he will help you to recover your hair health, etc.
just get your hair dyed at the barber, for eyebrows and lashes you can go to a stylist / cosmetican or do it yourself

I was yellow blond as a child, almost white looking hair. Now I'm a fairly uniform brown which turns it to blond streaks in the summer. It will get darker naturally for most blond dudes.
