Will bonesmashing the nose reduce epicanthic folds

Part of my nose bridge is low for some reason and causes one of my eyes to have slight epicanthic fold, if I bonesmashed my nose bridge would it get rid of it or do i need implants for my nose

You need either a rib cartilage graft to the nasion or implants to the nasion

Well if the entire nose is flat then you would need the nose bridge moved forward too yeah

Sorry. I meant nasion, mine is low but the bridge and my nose itself isn't, I can't bonesmash to grow the bone no?
