Don’t come at me with lukewarm water or slow injecting tips, I’ve tried everything. Diff pharmas aswell, I get pip everywhere and it takes like a week to fully fade away. Running out of rotation spots to pin since everything hurts and I’m too much of a pussy to pin lats

Because I started doing delts as well and it hurts so much it’s crazy, 1 weeks since I injected and I’m still completely immobilized
