Will braces help with my nose bump?

I have a semi large nose bump that fucks my entire side profile, ive been looking into it and some people are saying maxilla dev will help. I am getting braces and im wondering if this will help with my nose aswell and if not what are some non surgery ways to get rid of it. Also will braves mess me up? My teeth are currently crowded but its only on one side which also messes up symmetry.
