I went to an orthodontist today and he said nothing about jaw positions but about teeth correcting and bite correction, he said to do it before it is too late and that if I wait too long i might have ti get a surgery in the future. Is my orthodontist bullshitting me?

idk nigga im not a doctor but probably. i don't think doing it now or later would make a difference. worst case scenario you get bimax in the future. no drawbacks either apart from the pain and swelling.
