Im getting power chains today and i wanted to know if like when i get them Will they make my face sunken In like idk look at my picture on my other posts i also have elastics from my top molars to my bottom k9's

Power chains themselves will not make your face look sunken since their effect is dental, not skeletal. Just make sure you're not getting significant premolar extractions with large retraction because that will move your jaw backwards.

You seem to have maxillary recession (mostly in the midface) and mandible recession, for now just until puberty and then u can hardmax

I had braces for 3 years and didnt seem reseced but if u got normal braces then u might be cooked also make sure to wesr ur retainers afterwards i didnt and my teeth went back

Reverse headgear can definitely produce genuine skeletal advancement. Do that and once you’re an adult u can consider getting a le fort ii surgery
