WILL BRACES REDUCE OVERALL GROWTH(15M)

I have malocclusion class 2 and need braces to fix it, I'm still developing facially so wouldn't the braces stop my bones from growing forward if it's being pushed back. I'm also confused about retainers, wouldn't they stop my bones from growing forward as well?

You sure? Depends on the age. A lot of good-looking people got braces at some point.
I don't think it fully restricts. Retainers might be bad though.
