Will braces stunt my lower third development?

I’ve recently gotten custom braces(lightforce, no extractions/elastics) to fix my crooked upper teeth. I’m a bit worried that I’ll inadvertently fuck up my lower third or my face in general. Does anyone know if my worry is justified?

i had it when i was 13 to 14 and it helped with my overbite, but theres a top part to it that pushes the roof of your mouth outwards

if you have no appliances and simply just teeth straigthening then your bones wont change only your teeth will be good
