orbital box osteotomy basically surgery to fix bad ipd and esr ( eye spacing )
they cut open your skull and face then move the orbital box to fix bad eye spacing etc

your pfl appears to be terrible, despite this you have about 1 eye spacing. Thus your ESR is likely terrible or you have a terrible narrow horse face

esr and pfl are the bigger issues. your eyes look beady as fuk. But I cant see the rest of your face so maybe im wrong

nvm its just the pfl thats the issue, my intuition was way off. You have about 1.35 eye spacing, this is quite a significant failo
