It can give you TMJ if you overdo it. Just chew 10 minutes per day per side. Add in an extra piece of falim gum when it gets too easy.

Mastic is fine it's just more expensive & it's 100% a looksmax. People are supposed to naturally get this effect from eating foods but because our diet is so processed, peoples jaws aren't worked out sufficiently. I don't know why people spout that meme about it making you bloated as if chewing gum is some kind of unnatural thing. You're supposed to have bigger masseter muscles from chewing hard foods like meat.

How is it cope? You can totally get TMJ from chewing too much but that's why I specified not to overdo it. If you look bloated from simply chewing hard food like steaks and such it's simply your bad genetics that are to blame.

Nobody ascends from chewing. Wide jaw bone (gonion flare) is something different than hypertrophied masseters.
There is a difference between the two and one is less attractive than the other (you know which one).

Chew coper jaw never ascends anyone. Show me one example now. I’ll wait.

People that always ask if chewing ascends them don’t have wide gonions and think chewing will give them that desire result. It can only look ‘decent’ if you have a chad wide jaw bone, which isn’t the case for most people.

The debate is pointless IMO. Some people will benefit from chewing if they have small masseters or didn’t chew their food enough, some will benefit from not chewing because they chewed their food properly in development (very large/large masseters are not aesthetic either) and some will benefit from botox cos their too big.

It's worth it to try it. Like I said you will get TMJ if you do it too much (aka the jaw clicking) so more chewing isn't necessarily better. I've seen results with it when I did it during puberty like 10 years ago.
