It's worth it to try it. Like I said you will get TMJ if you do it too much (aka the jaw clicking) so more chewing isn't necessarily better. I've seen results with it when I did it during puberty like 10 years ago.

No, it will not it doesn't even make sense to claim it will make you look rounder. If anything it'll make your face look blockier/wider but not more rounded. You've gotta try it and be consistent with it. You won't see results for a while but after a few months of doing it, you will start to see the results. Like I said before just don't overdo it.

I combined it with going to the gym + training neck and it gave me great results.
