Im from the UK so take what I say with a pinch of salt but colleges are ultimately businesses. They care more about your $$$ then your GPA. Obvisously for elite colleges such as Ivy League, which value prestige they will require you to have great gpas and other academic achievements but for alot of places they just need your money. They will accept you provided they don't think your going to drop out.
