Will concealer ever look natural?

Someone link me the concealer guide. Undereye area is holding me back right now. Fillers won't fix it because it is more of a thin skin + color issue. Lightening the area won't fix it because undereye area is sensitive and I don't want to apply harsh stuff there. Will concealer minimize it while looking natural?

male Tv celebrities use makeup like concealer but it’s applied by pros, you gotta be carful how to do it otherwise u will look like a faggot
