Will concealer, lowering bf, tan, minoxidil, lash serum, eye drops and hair ascend me to htn

I’ve sort of got a checklist to go through. I’m 16 turning 17 and I’m around 17 percent bf. Is that all I need to do or do I need more to try get to htn

I think cutting would make the biggest difference because my bones are ok for 17 percent bf

I was gonna try it for my recessed orbitals, but yeah I think cutting is the main thing for me
