Will covering the dominant eye help with ptosis?

My ptosis improved when I started making an effort to sleep on my back. I'm pretty sure sleeping on the side of my face and applying pressure to the eyes like that all night is what caused my ptosis. Not saying this will work for you but worth a try maybe
