Will DHT blockers prevent me from growing a beard?

I am 22 and have recently started to experience norwood, I have been taking oral and topical minoxidil for the past 3 months and my hair is starting to come back. I know a DHT blocker would boost this progress further, but I still don't have full facial hair, it only grows around my upper lip and chin. I think stubble/5 o' clock shadow is a good look, but if I go on dutasteride will this prevent my facial hair development?
