Get a paper and write down goals and activities you plan on doing. Research online games or services like Chess, Gungi, Skillshare, or even pokemon. Try to immerse yourself into philosophy such as aristotle and plato. Watch long form videos and limit your screen time. Than softmax like usual with diet and sleep
