Will DIY cantho even fix my canthal tilt?

I have a quite strong negative canthal tilt that is nerfing my eye area and I’m wondering if DIY canthal tilt is a good option. However, in the before and after photos I’ve seen it doesn’t look like it would help at all if your whole eye is already negatively tilted. So do you think for my case lengthening my medial canthus will even help?

I personally never did DIY but i heard that it can go wrong, maybe consider something different like pdo threads or save for surgery if you really won't to

how dumb are you, the roi on medial canthus cutting is stupiditly low, high risk of blindness, asymmetry etc for something you can easily fraud with an eyebrow pen or something, if your a person who really thinks ur medial canthus (or wide ipd) is haltering ur looks ALOT, we are talking atleast 0.25 - 0.5 psl points, then you can consider going to a proffesional. JFL at this diy tiktok bullshit, its so unbelievebly retarded.

And for ur case, you have a slight negative canthal tilt, i highly doubt anything regarding ur medial canthus will fix that. U can try frauding with an eyebrow pen or some eyeshadow if you want. For you, cutting the canthus has such low roi that its not even measurable since it can make you blind for life and it wont even remotely fix ur issue (slight negative canthal tilt)
