Will double eyelid surgery fix my ptosis?

Will getting Double Eyelid Surgery ( Asian blepharoplasty) fix my right sagging eyelid or will I have to pursue ptosis surgery?

I believe you should be able to receive the ptosis correction and blepharoplasty concurrently.
