Will double jaw surgery fix my shit side profile?

So basically my side profile is terrible. I went to some orthodontists and surgeons in my area and said for COSMETIC reasons double jaw surgery would be a good fit for me. Now because I don’t have sleep apnea or any breathing issues my insurance won’t cover anything. So since February I have been trying to save up for this surgery. I currently have braces and everything moving me teeth in the direction for surgery.

So basically before I spend 20k and spend months recovering I am wondering what everyone thinks. I know I have posted similar questions before but this shit is expensive and I want to be positive. Also I can’t find anyone who has a before or after from jaw surgery for cosmetic purposes so if you have some before and afters that would be great. Thanks
