Will extractions + braces correct my chin?

I have bimaxillary protrusion (20M). I would like to know whether the most popular treatment (extractions + braces) will work for my face.

My chin is hidden and I can bring it out by placing my lips between my teeth.
=> Will correcting the protrusion correct the chin as well? Or will it recess further in my case?

My nose is upturned, and its base rests on a region already elevated due to the protrusion.
=> On correcting the protrusion, will the nose droop down as a whole? If not, I'm afraid that the nostrils shall get even bigger.
=> Will it correct my lip incompetence?

I know it's over and that I'm a sub5 bloatcel with a sub0.5 frame and height.
I'm willing to get extractions & braces even if it doesn't ascend me to LTN, provided it reduces my lip incompetence and brings my chin forward.
The only transformation that I could find is this guy, but I cannot judge for myself whether it'll work for me the same way.
I've been searching for an answer on every platform (YouTube, TikTok, R*ddit, even this forum), and yet all I find are incomplete answers (most people did not follow up on their progress / many had a proper chin unlike me.)

Please help or bump!

Do NOT get extractions, do NOT get extractions at all costs. I would recommend a chin implant or genioplasty to bring the chin forward to match the maxilla maybe

Wait you don't have sfs actually just a short mandible sorry the image was blurry for me

Does it not work like this video?

This transformation looks good too (he was going through his puberty though):

Im not an orthodontist but as far as I know extractions of the premolars cause the underlying jaw bone to shrink and recess backwards since it lacks the stimulation of the tooth, so your chin will be worse and your airways will be narrower. Extractions are how most people end up on this website

Wow. I'm thoroughly fucked I guess.
The more I read about bimaxillary protrusion, the more I get convinced that extractions and braces can solve my lip incompetence, recessed chin and mouth breathing.
I do have a short mandible, and I thought at least correcting my chin would give an illusion that it's not. @puffer234234

Do you guys have any other tips?
Forget the protrusion, seems to be a lost cause.

I mean my chin is also pretty short and Im planning on chin implant or sliding genioplasty, chin implant really isnt that hard of a recovery. Bimax would help your entire mandible but its very brutal and risky im too high inhib to do it, you have good width just need to lose bodyfat and fix the chin

I'm not planning to go for any surgery.
I'll forever be at odds with my appearance if I did so.
Braces is the maximum I can try :/

Yeah, I'm bloated. Hope exercise + aging evens it all out. Already on a low sodium diet, planning to start potassium supplements.

Thank you so much!

Beard doesn't suit me :(
I can't grow one either, so I guess there's my problem.

I'm planning to keep just enough beard right on my chin in due time. Hope my self-esteem ascends let alone perception.

Thank you so much!
