Will FacePulling interfere with Fat Grafting?

Just got done with my ortho consultation and the reverse pull head gear can be used with MSE. My question is do I wait to get upper eyelid Fat Grafting done or see if FacePulling can make my eyebrows hooded. The results from UE Fat Grafting are insane and they’re permanent. Literal .5-1 PSL increase

MSE was approved because they put me as an at risk group for sleep apnea and reverse-pull head gear is just the FM that comes with it but it’s modified

So you didn't ask for the FM as it was already included with your MSE? Also you should probably wait for any fat grafting until MSE has finished expansion. Getting grafts before your face's shape from MSE changes might throw off your results.
