Will fat grafting help with under eye darkness and dark aeygo sals?

I’ll show y’all what I got going on at the moment.

I’m looking specifically fixing my under eye hollowness and dark circles.

I also would like to get rid of the amount of aeygo sals I have cause I would always squintmax during high school and I have a crazy amount.









My under eye goal would be something like this (at rest):

So what are your thoughts? I know what my ideal morph is. I know the options. Blepharoplasty, canaloplasty, almond eyes, eyelid retraction, under eye ptosis, fat repositioning, infra orbital implants w/ saddle projection, etc.

I’d rather not get infra orbs as I’m very hesitant to get implants in my face for forever(seems like ultimate fraud, thought I’m okay with surgeries where normie can’t tell what you got).

So I’m thinking of getting fat repositioning/grafting to fill up the hollowness + under eye ptosis and blepharoplasty.

If that doesn’t work then I’ll bite the billet and get infras.

What do you guys think? Also what are some products I can use to get rose of the dark genetic under eyes?

I’m not gonna lie. There’s no chance I’d get implants. I have the money but too high inhib for that shit.

I’m going for fat repositioning under eye and very little upper eye. Pair that with lower eyelid blepharoplasty
