From what I've seen chin-fillers seem to be the safest (as they do not really have the space to migrate elsewhere)cwhen it comes to avoiding the bloated pillow face look, what do you think?

“OBO or fillers” is like asking if you want a full house demolition or a fresh coat of paint on the garage!

I think OP looks fine and that invasive procedures are a bad idea but 90%+ appeal isn’t even enjoyed by super good looking men.
