Will fixed, metal, train track braces help or enhance my (jaw) asymmetry?

Depends on the degree of asymmetry, where it lies and how old you are. If you're not an adult then yes, but don't ever let them pull any teeth. If you're an adult and its your actual mandible then no, but if its your alveolar region or teeth in general then yes.

I am fifteen and a half years of age, they have and will not pull out any teeth (if that’s what you meant), and as for the alveolar thing, I have absolutely no clue what that is and wether my case of fixed braces influence it, but here’s what chatGPT had to say about it: “In summary, fixed braces can influence the alveolar region by stimulating bone resorption, remodeling, and changes in bone position, all of which are natural responses to the mechanical stress imposed by the orthodontic appliances.” And also, do you mean yes as in it will help my jaw become more symmetric, or as in it will make my jaw more asymmetric?
 
The alveolar region is the area your teeth sit in, it's what connects your teeth to your maxilla and mandible. It's basically bone but not as solid and can be changed even in adults by use of braces. Depending on where exactly the asymmetry lies "changing" that region can reduce asymmetry even in adults.

Regardless of that, at 15 you still have time to have your jaw guided into proper growth, you should talk to an Ortho.
