this is a good illustration;
if my lower third is somewhat lacking right now, will getting a chin wing/genio make the mouth area more defined? or is bimax necessary

If your bite is normal already nothing really will change.
Maybe a forward chin will make your bottom lip look better in comparison but that’s it.
I have a gigaforward grown face but my lips are trash tier

I have an ok maxilla but my mandible is shit so could implants or genio make a difference

anyways you can have crooked lips if you have a shitty bite (either crooked to the side or from the front/back)
