Will fixing my crossbite ascend me?

I went to the doc and he said you've a crossbite and getting braces is heavily recommended. From my side profile it kind of looks like i have an underbite but that isnt the case So, I just wanted to know if fixing that crossbite fix this issue with my side profile like i have a suken philtrum

Braces move teeth within your skeletal structure, it does not reposition or remodel your bone. Premolar extractions may have a different effect, though.

It will not help with your Philtrum.
