yes u do, u can tell by the fact ur face looks puffier on one side in the 3/4 angle. this is corrected in bimax. however that's not as big of a problem as the fact that you're missing a lower third aka chin height

well i dont have ur cbct scan but yes the same surgery that corrects ur bite is the same one that you can tweak to give you more facial height

I correct my bite using braces and sensors for correction.
