will fixing my overbite fix/improve my recessed chin as well?

so my chin is recessed but I wouldn't say in a terrible way like in some other cases,
and if I align my lower jaw and upper jaw my chin is out and not recessed anymore

Your chin would look less recessed in relation to the nasion and subnasale but it would still look the same in relation to the lower lip.

If you have a flat mentolabial fold get a genioplasty or a chin implant.
