Will fixing overbite increase height of lower third?

As you can in my ID pic attached, my lower third is unideal in height. I plan on getting Invisalign to correct my slight overbite (no extractions or elastic braces) and I’m wondering if my lower third will become larger or will my chin at least look larger so I can get a rhinoplasty and shorten my nose slightly. Also, would it simply just increase with age, as I started puberty fairly late and that might be relevant

holy eye spacing. topical retinoids might work wonders for ya nose width, you might still need that rhino. Grow out deadlocks or something other than that wack ass haircut you got in your ID and blast accutane. Test might grow your chin , you have okay symmetry. Id recommend bimax to advance maxilla further and cure overbite. might shorten your midface too much so be careful.

not wrong i think its only off by like 0.5mm but it has good potential. Oral minox and you better start smashing the shit out of your supras and browridge
