I'm 5'2 at 17. Despite being one of the shortest in my year at college I'm in better shape than most of the skinny chuds who are taller than me, nothing phenomenal however. If I get extremely jacked, wide shoulders, fill out with getting large arms back and chest will the foids even care about my height if I mog the fucking shit out of everybody.
For now steroids isn't an option....

No it cannot. Height is a spectrum when it comes to being one of the most important criterias. In your case, height is THE most important factor. Only a chadlite and abovce can compensate being 5'2, which i doubt you are close to.

You can, but you won't be respected. By both men and women, especially the women you are dating. If your face is good, you can maybe get some girls but it will still be very difficult. If you are ugly it's over, you can't do this.
Keeping an LTR regardless will be near impossible, and you can't really slay either.
It's either that or be a gymcel, and be seen as an angry overcompensating manlet. You get more male respect this way, less female attraction probably.
