Will genio 7mm horizontal + squaring of chin + subtle rhino to fix deviation and bulbous tip enough for me?

hello, I’m getting Genioplasty 7mm horizontal + squaring of chin for a more masculine look. Will this alongside a potential rhinoplasty bring me to HTN? I think I’m average looking currently and want to fix my major flaws. My mandible is slightly recessed (oomfs surgeon said mandible was fine no need for djs) and slightly recessed/flat maxilla (oomfs surgeon again said maxilla was fine). I’m wondering if genio will cover up majority of mild mandible recession and fix my jawline. Rhino to fix bulbous tip and septal deviation. I’m also open to anything else I need to do to improve any other potential flaws I have , just looking for opinions basically thankyou.

Yes, I reckon Genioplasty will fix your jaw as I can see you have recessed chin, be careful with rhino and septal since I am doing the same thing but when I brought out narrowing my nose, he said to narrow your nose your naval ariways will be smaller and make breather harder so it sucks but you have to pick on or the other
