yeah i got same recessed chin as my mother but she has GODLY submental while i have my dads submental, but he has a good chin.

A moderate to large movement for your genioplasty would stretch out the hyoid and surrounding muscles, skin, etc. to improve submental. BiMax does the same at a higher level due to advancing chin and jaw, but you may not need one.
