Hey guys, tomorrow my parents are setting up a consultation with a surgeon to discuss getting me a genioplasty? My parents are paying for it. Will this ascend me or atleast improve my looks? If not what will? -thanks

I suggest instead of genioplasty, start off by getting filler so you can see how it will look. Then when you want permanent solution do genio

I’ve tried but they don’t think I can get it insurance covered. I’m gonna get the genioplasty, then try to mimic bimax with strategic filler.

your covering up the cause, this is an esasy trimax case. Complain about sleep apena etc... your airways are fucked you need this

means he has high mentolabial angle doesn't mean he needs more projection, his chin is in proper position relative to his lips

Your nose is huge and lips are tiny, recessed and bad eye area :feelsbadman: get surgeries but you you are in puberty still

his jaw and chin angle is approximately 90 degrees which is good
i think his mandible is prognathic.
