Wisdom teeth are vestigial structures and do not affect facial shape. Their removal does not alter appearance, as they are located deep in the jaw and do not support its structure.

Exceptions (extremely rare):
Complications (extensive bone resection, severe inflammation) may cause temporary asymmetry, but this is reversible.

Remove only if necessary (growth issues, inflammation). Decision is made by a dentist.
