For the facial hair stay on top of shaving for those shadows, shape up your beard since it looks messy and consider shaving your stache maybe? Pierce acne with something sharp and put a hydrocolloid bandage on for drainage. just cleanse and wash and maybe get toner. King henry has a good routine for not crazy expensive, helped me with my skin texture

Your main failos are eyebrow setness, nose, downturned mouth, thin lips, and negative canthal tilt.

right now you should worry about fixing your skin, getting lean, and grooming (fix hair and facial hair). I think you can hit high MTN just doing these 3 things.

If you fix your failos I mentioned in the beginning, you could be a HTN imo, but some of them are pretty fucking hard to fix, and will require hardmaxximg.

Bro I am always trying to improve. I already have a skin care routine. I workout and everything but my face is just cooked still. That comment was out of frustration. But I wont stop looking for a proper fix.
