Will gymcelling while I'm skinny with buccal fat increase buccal fat, or am I retarded?

Hello bhais, I am a skinny twig but have buccal fat. I am fairly sure it's genetic, so it doesn't really go away (it's a noticeable failo of mine also due to sfs ): ). I want to work out; however, I would really prefer not to gain any facial fat while doing so (such as going on a bulk). I tried looking around but couldn't find a straight answer. Will going on a lean bulk (200-300 calorie surplus) increase my facial fat while gaining muscle? If it does, is there any other way I can gain muscle without increasing buccal fat?

Also, any advice on how to go about this would be greatly appreciated

So the buccal fat is prob unavoidable? might have to have 1:1 fwhr for a bit

If you want to get muscle without fat you will have to hop on for a decent body. Your buccal fat pad wont increase just your sub -q will making your face bigger. If your face is large because of buccal fat only (doubt it tbh) look into partial buccal fat removal (wouldnt reccomend total removal tho) cost around 1000 usd abroad in the eu.
