Will hair transplant save me

Yo I gotta know fellas is there hope after my hair transplant for me to just be a decent looking average fella. I’m gonna get the surgery either way, prolly around November. I really just gotta know this though, cause genuinely I’m succumbing to some paranoia schizo shit caused by all the weed and psychs I use on a regular basis. Like on my life bro I saw visuals of golfball sized 3rd spheres of tv static flying around me at the store bro, like I gotta be losing my shit bro.

I’ve been on minoxidil since I was 16 man, I’m almost 20 now. In retrospective I first really started balding at 14-15. Male pattern baldness along with when between the ages 12-13 I had a bad habit of pulling out hair when I wasn’t occupied with doing something. But started minoxidil at 16, then finasteride at 17, then I tried PRP and stem cell injections and then last thing I’ve tried is dutasteride and a higher dose of minoxidil but still nothing. I’ve also had an unhealthy crazy obsession with my hair since I was 16. The changing State of my hair has pretty much dictated my life since then.
