We don't know your base. We don't know where you wanna get the surgery. For 7k you can prob get a lf3 in Bangladesh or in America some fillers.

chewing works on any age but it doesnt replace jaw fillers

chewing will create a round jaw (which still looks better than narrow jaw if you are low bf imo)
