Title is a little bait this isnt a rhinoplasty but it is ptosis repair, I have congenital ptosis which has gotten worse over the years,
heres a more extreme case
My eyes currently can go from the best part of my face to just normie tier depending on how tired i am that day, wether or not i used oxymetazoline hydrochloride (which also sometimes makes me look aspy because it just opens your eyes too wide) or not etc.
My eye droops to about the top part of my pupil on my left side so it should go through as a medical case meaning its FREE

Actual purely cosmetic surgeries that I will get in the future are a rhinoplasty and a temporal lift to laterally horizontally extend my eyebrow length and move the hooding on my eyes up a little so the crease is more straight and positive.
