Cuz it just upregulates runx2 expression and not even by that much, realistically you're not gonna get results just from it you would have to stack it with other shit, and even then it is not gonna provide a lot of benefit because runx2 isn't the only factor in bone

pth analogues are 100x more effective than what hdac inhibitors aim to do (i'm referring to the bone aspect obviously they work differently), so why would anybody ever take hdaci
