Will HGH alter your face if you already have a wide lower third?

I had early puberty at around 11 yo that also contributed to my short height (5’8) currently at 20.
My side profile is flat. But I have huge cheekbones, wide lower third, top and middle are balanced. My face is also wide (brachy)

If I take HGH would it improve forward growth or just keep making my face wider and wider? I’m worried it might do the opposite of making my face more aesthetic since I have a very Androgenic profile
