I haven't personally used hgh yet however I can tell you that GHRPs will not directly deepen your voice, it is possible if they are met with sufficient androgen activity, the GH could cause enlargement of the laryngeal area which would in turn deepen your voice, this is considering your growth plates are still open and your androgens active. That being said if your growth plates are closed youre kind of fucked since the amount of GH needed to cause hypertrophy of the larynx would be massive and youd be risking all kinds of shit at that point

Pretty sure a deeper voice is correlated with higher testosterone. Not HGH. Could be wrong though.
