Idk iv only been on for 3 months and it's only 4iu rn I'm on a small break bc of carple tunnel symptoms I noticed better sleep and that's just abt it rn

maxilla can’t change past the age of 12 unless u get help from professional orthodontists or surgery

Idk if kinda been always jacked I was 5'7ish maybe more when I was 13 and I was 140lbs shredded so i had a pretty good base
