will HGH work at 18 when plates are fused?

limb lenghtening surgery is the only way to heightmaxx after growth plates are fused, obviously u can use height boosters and this stuff also

if your plates are closed they will give u like 1-2 cm, or just ropemaxx instead of heightmaxx

No (being 18 doesn't automatically guarantee your plates are closed tho).

Limb lengthening surgery, you can get around 6 inches or maybe a bit more with multiple surgeries.
Thick sole shoes, height boosters, spinal decompression/proper posture, stretching your limbs and neck tying it to ur bed frame while you sleep but you will get less than an inch you won't be able to sleep shit for the first few days and results aren't guaranteed.

Just figure out if your plates are closed and if they are start planning for LLS, anything else is sub optimal
