Will hot showers help me become more nt?

I feel like the daily cold showers and caffeine overdosing has led me to develop autistic-like traits. Would warm showers along with maybe alcohol help reverse that effect?

im not sure about hot showers specifically i would have to venture deeper into the literature to come up with a consensus

but from personal experience drinking exactly 210ml of whole milk and then doing jumping jacks for 10 minutes daily has really helped me become more NT, i would say exponentially even i would extrapolate it to 150% more NTness
