Will hydro4% on under eyes and lips be a good idea?

Since I’m ethnic we usually have high pigmentation on our lower eyelids and upper lips making them seem un appealing, so if I use hydro 4% on my under eyes and lips would it be a good idea? I’m not sure since under eyes are very thin and lips usually absorbed chemicals faster. What your thoughts

Because 2% isn’t strong enough and hydro alone isn’t going to be enough gotta pair it with other chemicals, but what did you use it on?

i use 3% hq with tret 0.05% along with azelaic acid 20% all over my face, been using this combo for 2 months now and it has shown great results, you can also pair it up with niacinamide sunscreen

Nigga are you retard sun screen 50+ pa++++ is the strongest form so when you’re on hydro you should use the strongest protection
