Debloat with natural diuretics if u want or someshit just debloat
hop on hydrocortisone for topical inflamation
Then use Fluticasone nasal spray , its usally prescription only but in german websites its otc.
and get something for oil glands tretinoin or adapelene, or just accutane
rep and mark solution
