Will i actually ascend ?

Will me getting an mse expander with braces and a double jaw surgery (mandibular setback back + Maxillary advancement) with a mandibular ccw rotation actually ascend me to at least mtn? Obviously ill be more lean then too im like 17 percent body fat rn

idk, ive seen some ppl get dbj surgery and looks pretty mid, looks like the maxilla barely changed

it depends how much u advance, and they prob go via insurance (minimal advancement)

get a good surgeon

yeah mine probably wont advance much as my lower jaw isn't that far in front. Minimal changes would still make a difference though right?
